  1. … set of these about 15 years ago and have loved them since I bought a two piece set of these about 15 years ago and have loved them since. Unfortunately I left the small one on a working burner after cooking a burger…for about an hour, and toasted it. I had also found that the larger pan sometimes was getting harder to clean so I trashed the small one and ordered these. Re-reading the instructions after 15 years reminded me of some of the things I had forgotten since originally purchasing that were causing me problems cleaning them.A)…

  3. Durable nonstick coating More durable than most non-stick cookware. Other brands are more easily damaged if you accidentally forget and let a metal utensil touch the surface, this one is the best I have found. The ribbed surface seems to make it easier to get your spatula under somethings like and omelet. The outer surface of the pan down about 2 inches from the top edge is coated with something that makes that surface easier to clean some food spills over the side of the pan.
