Not working very well.
Excellent cast iron. In the past I have always bought lodge cast iron but the last few seemed to be really rough and lightweight so I gave this brand a chance. I’m glad I did. The preseasoning was excellent and required little work to be ready to use. This skillet is very heavy and a nice surface to cook on. Cooking on cast is a rewarding experience that just gets better with every use. I try to stick to greasy foods for the first little while but in no time you will have a nonstick surface that works amazingly…
