Great performance but not a Lodge in looks. This is a decent cast iron baking pan. It’s similar in usable size to the Lodge LJSCP3 Jumbo Chef’s Platter, 12-inch by 15-inch. If Lodge wasn’t around then this would probably be a 5 star rating. Unfortunately for Bayou Classic Lodge is around though and the quality just isn’t as good as Lodge.
