  1. Pretty underwhelming first use, as I used it to cook up some quesadillas, but it will get plenty of work! First off, it’s VERY HEAVY, which is great for the sake of durability and not getting tossed around like cheap cookware. This is not flimsy cookware at all. The two portions fit together perfectly to make an ideal Dutch oven with tons of capacity. The nonstick surface is truly nonstick, which is a plus.
