Spray surface with cooking spray before each use to prevent food from sticking.
Wash cast iron skillet 10.5 inch by hand with mild soap or none at all.
Dry cast iron pan promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
Rub with a very light layer of vegetable oil, preferably while the skillet pan is still warm.
Hang or store cast iron cookie skillet in a dry place.
Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe.

I also reheat Trader Joes frozen naan bread on it, for that fresh-from-the-tandoori taste. It says pre-seasoned, but you should probably season it with more earnestness than whatever they claimed as seasoning back in the factory.   2. Love this pan for daily use Great pan, short sides make it a little lighter and has made it our daily go-to pan… eggs, burgers, bacon, veggies, pancakes… pretty much anything and everything. This pan is made for rough use. Don’t worry about metal spatulas, forks, or knives.
