  1. Has Become Our “Go To” Large Skillet My go-to skillet. Have used this skillet several times weekly for the past five or six months. It is preferred over our tri-ply stainless 12″ & our cast iron 10″ for range-top cooking.Once it is warmed, unless searing something, food can be cooked at a lower temperature than either of the other two skillets that we have.
