My first Le Creuset. I knew they were good… but, WOW! Ok, so it’s not like Le Creuset needs another positive review (although I’m the 1st for this product listing, probably for that very reason). They are a quality name and the longevity of their brand speaks for itself.But I just have to say that I made a 2 egg omelette with this skillet and it was probably the best one I ever made. Not only were the eggs great – fantastic texture and evenly cooked – but I only needed some hot water and a soft sponge to clean the pan afterwards – NO…
