I love this skillet it’s awesome
5 stars This cast iron skillet is beautiful. It is well-seasoned. It lies flat. It has no imperfections: no scratches, burrs, shavings, discolorations, uneven thickness etc. I love that it has handles. The handles are very sturdy, and aren’t going anywhere, like breaking. The pan is lighter than I anticipated given it’s size, so it is easy to pick up. I know that is a concern for many. I have some enameled cast iron pots that are unbelievably heavy. It is a real chore to use them, although I love them…
