Great quality cookware! I have owned a Lodge cast iron skillet for many years and have always loved it. Game changer Great set for someone looking to transition to cast iron! The only things about this set I found lacking that I purchased elsewhere on Amazon from Lodge are an extra silicon handle for when you have more than one pan on at once (for a scrub like me who had never worked with cast iron or stainless steel before, I could just see myself grabbing the handle without paying attention) and lids. I went and undid the seasoning on these to learn the technique, so I can’t speak for the factory seasoning…
Economic Cast Iron Set I had to return the small sauté pan and customer service was fast. The return was easy and got my new piece back. I am a Le Creuset owner and the Cast Iron was cheaper and just like in the old days, these are the pots my grandmother loved/used and cooked the food perfectly. Follow the instructions. I washed them with hot water and mild dish detergent, dried them, and then wiped them with canola oil. The food does not stick at all. Highly recommend it and this is made in the USA!!!!!!!! not…
