5 Stars, Really? I have made chocolate chip cookies in cast irons fry pans for years. They always come out without sticking.The first batch with this biscuit pan stuck. Although I was able to salvage most of the cookies, there were a lot of stuck on crumbs which I had to remove with water and a plastic bristle brush.
