What a handy pan this Lodge Mini Wok is!Since I cook for two, I wanted a small Wok made of cast iron.I use this mini wok for these things:1) Saute’ small veggies (sliced onions, mushrooms, diced carrots and chopped spinach).What I do is get the wok hot then I turn it down to med/high then add Extra Virgin Oil and brush it all over the wok.
