  1. An all-purpose pan. I bought a induction cook top, but none of my stainless steel pans would work on an induction. So I bought this unit to cook on the induction plate, However it has become my most used pans (the cover can be inverted and used as a mid-size frying pan), either on my electric stove or the induction plate. The pans came well-seasoned. I use a steel chain link pad (sold by Amazon) to lean them. The only draw-back is that they are heavy. But that’s the nature of cast iron pans. I appreciate the extra…
