Really versatile. I’ve used these skillets as my primary cooking method since getting them. They’re very sturdy and hold heat well. The handle covers are a nice touch too.I have been using the smaller size more frequently as I usually just cook for myself. However, I meal prep my dinners on Sundays and the larger size is great for that. They transfer from the stove top to the oven really well.They’re suprisingly easy to clean. I usually pour the extra oil into a container, then use some…
good old fashion cast iron This is a good old fashion cast iron skillet that retains heat evenly, thus improving the quality of cooked meals. It is very heavy compared to teflon-coated aluminum cookware but the value is in the heat retention. It has a flat base, but with the extra weight, it may not be the best choice to use it on a glass top stove , but more suitable for a coil stove in my opinion.
