Start with a great product, then cheapen it and hope nobody notices? I purchased this pan from Amazon in December 2017 and again in March 2018. I also own both the 12 inch and 8 inch versions. These are great pans, well-regarded by Americaâs Test Kitchen, probably the best non-stick pans out there — or they were. The pan I received when I ordered a second 10.25 inch version in March was not the same pan I purchased in December. As I set the two pans side by side on my stove, my immediate thought was, is somebody counterfeiting these? I strongly doubt that, but…
