This pan is awesome I can finally cook steak without messing it up … This pan is awesome !! I can finally cook steak without messing it up on the stove . I only have to turn the dial to number two on my stove and that is plenty of heat to cook it low and slow did not have to season the pan at all just use a good amount of oil I use avocado oil to keep the food from sticking and having too much of a hassle cleaning up while cooking. Also purchased a lodge brush they recommend to clean this and it works perfectly. Color is beautiful matches my red kitchen…
