  1. This is -not- awesome! *Edit*~Originally I really liked this pan. However, we have used it 4 times under a medium/low setting and this 4th time I noticed a small tear in the coating. It resembles the shape of a quinoa seed when cooked; and is like the coating raised a little, slightly shifted and then re-adhered to the pan. It’s weird and now I don’t feel that we should use this pan any longer. This really sucks. I felt it was worth the chance; but I no longer feel that way. We will be saving up and investing…

  2. Difficult to attach handle with arthritic fingers It took me longer to assemble the handle, trying to align the screw, washer and lock washer – than it took to wash the pan for first use. I needed a flashlight to find the fumbled and dropped parts, plus it was hard to start the screw without actually “seeing” where they go together. At least with the flashlight and crawling under my desk, I could see where I missed vacuuming! LOLNote to manufacturer – “reverse out” printed text is very hard to read – and white on lavender?
