Washing Methods:
1 Disassemble the handle and put into the dishwasher.
2 Clean the surface with clean water to remove the residues.
3 Use sponge and neutral detergent for washing.
Caution:
– Please confirm the handle is tighten before use.
– Please note that the handle can’t touch the stove fire directly.
– Please avoid using strong fire, medium or small fire is recommended.

I have used this pan the last two weeks and absolutely love it. We have made many pancake and fresh vegetable dishes in this pan. Used a medium heat with just a little olive oil and everything cooks evenly and browns up beautifully. The best part is the ceramic non-stick surface is a breeze to clean up!
