My Take On Non-Stick, This One Included Non-stick pans, especially ceramic and clay-based ones are miracles when you treat them right, and not so good when you donât. If you follow directions, and you know a few things about cooking, you can get at least 2 years out of a non-stick, and this one is warranteed for 10, so weâll see.
