  1. Why Did I Wait So Long to Treat Myself to GREAT Cookware??? We’re IN LOVE with this line of pans! I’d put one Calphalon ceramic pan in my Christmas “wish list”. When we got it, we loved it so much that I started searching for a few more. This is the largest pan at 12″ and it comes with a glass lid. It is TOP QUALITY. So, here’s what I love: It is of substantive weight, so doesn’t warp like my previous lighter-weight pans.   3. Well Worth the Money It’s called “classic ” for a reason. I just made eggs in it this morning and NO sticking. I’ve made all kinds of things in the 12 inch skillet in the same line and nothing has ever stuck. But I treat my ceramic pans well—no high heat, no dishwasher, no metal or sharp spoons or tools, and most importantly, NO COOKING SPRAY. I have to emphasize this point. The nonstick surface will be destroyed if cooking spray is used. Use a thin coating of oil instead.Also, don’t let other items…
