This is a great pan. Had it now for about a month … This is a great pan. Had it now for about a month and use it almost daily. Been trying to find a pan to cook poached eggs. Had previously been using All Clad non stick but clean up was a lot of work requiring a nylon scrubby to get the egg residue off the bottom of the pan, and too much scrubbing wrecks the non stick coating. This pan wipes clean with a wet sponge! I don’t know what the “stone/granite” surface really is but I love it. My adult kids are each going to get one of these…
