  1. Fantastic pan. Read conditioning instructions and heat guide. Just got this yesterday. Feels very nice. Heavy. Rests flat on a burner without anything in it. Very nonstick. See video attached. Sprayed with PAM then wiped out and fried egg. Tiny bit of butter added and flipped no problem without utensils. Could have flipped the egg without anything with a spatula if I wanted to. Make sure to read the conditioning instructions. Just need to warm small amount of oil in pan over med till smoking, shut off and wipe…
