Great Induction Compatible Non-Stick Pans I have been really pleased with these pans. I primarily use the 8 inch pan for eggs and the 10 pan for general cooking. They have a good, sturdy induction base that works very well on my Electrolux cooktop. The ceramic coating is a great non-stick surface. After 6 weeks of daily use I have not had a single instance of food sticking with these pans. Fried eggs, omelets, chicken, small steaks all cook evenly without sticking.
