  1. Really Nice Ceramic Pan. I received this pan as a gift for Christmas from my husband. We had an older one that needed to be replaced and this one is perfect. I love that you can use low heat to arrive at a much hotter pan temperature. You can use oil or not, depending on how you prefer to cook. The surface is very anti-stick without the use of Teflon. It cleans up easily with just soap and water. You do need to let it cool down before cleaning it. I also use only wooden or plastic utensils while cooking. The lid fits…
