I love this product so much I am buying another one so that when I am cooking a few things at once I do not have to use anything other than my Gotham Steel pans. The fire and earth pans are beautiful but more importantly, they work amazingly. Even heat distribution, durable, can go from stove top to oven and they are solid yet light. Nothing sticks to them. I had accidentally put an almost empty pan with a glaze in it back on the burner, it burnt but I still was able to just wipe the pan…
