No stick at first, but then progressively gets less and less no stick
Super Easy to Clean! This is a super little pan. Cooks like a dream, cleans up like a whiz. It has become the primary pan I use for most of my stovetop cooking now because it is so easy and quick to clean up and is apparently healthy with none of the toxins put off by teflon type pans.Are there some things I don’t like about it?
