  2. Excellent Choice I have tried a variety of ceramic coated pans over the years and this one seems to be no different than most I’ve tried. The key to using ceramic coated pans is to ensure that you don’t get it too hot. You must use medium to low heat for pans like this to maintain their non-stick properties. The second you get them too hot, you might as well throw them away. I’ve also found that these pans have to be hand washed. I think the dishwasher gets too hot as the pans will lose their non-stick…
