Update: CRAP! Not perfect but easy to use Updated 3/26:: these pans are absolute crap! I have used ceramic for years. Low heat, no dishwasher, I know the rules. Havenât had these pans for 2 months and the ceramic is peeling, the underneath is burnt to the metal. Terrible. I have been cooking for 25+ years and these by far are the worst pans I have ever used. We often used a 12 inch non-stick skillet in our cooking. The one we had was Teflon based and was begining to fail so it needed to be replaced. After a lot of searching and reading reviews i landed on this skillet. We have used this one a good number of times and we like it very much.
