  1. Great Product – Great Value. Terrific fry pan. I’ve had for a couple of months already, use it every day – and it remains completely non-stick. I love that it doesn’t have the dangerous chemicals in the coating that a lot of other non-stick pans have.Wash by hand only – and only after cooled completely. Made both mistakes with the last ceramic pan I had, and it not only got warped, but lost it’s non stick properties. Follow these few simple procedures and the pan should last for years.Bottom…

  2. It is recommended to use it at medium We had one of these before and it lasted for less than a year but I think we messed it up. I would have given it three stars at the time, but then I realized it was user error. I don’t use olive oil in this newer one, only non-GMO canola oil or butter. Olive oil seems to stick to these and my stainless pans. Also, we never heat ours over just slightly above medium. It gets hot enough. I think we used too high of a heat before.
