Great Product – Great Value. Terrific fry pan. I’ve had for a couple of months already, use it every day – and it remains completely non-stick. I love that it doesn’t have the dangerous chemicals in the coating that a lot of other non-stick pans have.Wash by hand only – and only after cooled completely. It is recommended to use it at medium We had one of these before and it lasted for less than a year but I think we messed it up. I would have given it three stars at the time, but then I realized it was user error. I don’t use olive oil in this newer one, only non-GMO canola oil or butter. Olive oil seems to stick to these and my stainless pans. Also, we never heat ours over just slightly above medium. It gets hot enough. I think we used too high of a heat before.
