Look elsewhere,,,, Worked good for a couple of weeks then started to chip a little bit. Just small areas at the bottom of the pan about the size of a pin head. It got a little bigger so I called Amazon. They agreed that it should not be chipping and sent me a replacement unit. This replacement worked well for about a week and then I was cooking bacon on it and the the bottom started to stick and the inside started to turn black and the burnt parts won’t scrub off. Works great I have been using this pan for several months now. I really, really like it. I will probably order a couple different other sized ones. I have followed all the instructions of which oils to use and do use a bit of oil with everything I make in it. I do not use olive oil in this pan. I also follow the instructions and do not use this above a medium heat. I have had no issues with anything sticking.
