  2. A perfect replacement for Teflon pans, NOT cast iron These pics are of my pan that is over 5 years old! I use it at least 3x/week. I only purchased more because I am cooking more often. I was surprised to see the negative reviews, then I noticed that most of the reviews said they were using instead of cast iron or metal skillets. These are ceramic; they heat VERY differently. These are meant to replace your non-stick Teflon pans. If you take that approach, these should last you as long as mine have. Also, NEVER use metal utensils on any kind of…
