Better than any other pans I used The egg doesn’t stick on the pan. I was in disbelief when ppl would claim that their eggs don’t stick on pans without any oil, but I gave it a try and it really doesn’t. You’d have to use silicon/nylon spatula so it doesn’t scratch up the service and wash with the softer side of the sponge (cleaning it was real easy too, I thought you’d have to scrub a bit, but it came off easily).
