Very good value. Works great and heats nicely on Induction cooktop First, I am VERY Fussy about my pans. If a pan doesn’t fit perfectly flat on my cooktop, back it goes. I use a skillet almost every night and choose these deep chef’s pans because you can do so much with them. This one is about 3″ deep. Greatest Invention since the Wheel This is my first Review on Amazon in some time but I felt compelled to tell Everybody that these pans might be the greatest invention since the wheel.
