May take some extra effort to care for it, but well worth it! I did a lot of research before I purchased the GreenPan cookware. I had been looking at other big name brands, when a salesperson in a specialty kitchen shop suggested I look at the GreenPan. The eleven piece set includes nearly everything I need. I did need to switch a few of my staples including Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and a non-stick spray. Damaged right out of the box – update! So the set I ordered was damaged when received but after contacting and emailing Greenspan some pictures they immediately sent me a new set. They are amazing! You do need to care for them to last. Iâm cooking for 8 so mine get a lot of use. Buy a set of the pan pads to protect them in the drawer and they will hold up. Iâve even had the kids throw something in the sink on top of them and no scratches. Last point – a lot of reviews about eggs sticking. Use butter and they wonât. Oil will bead and…
