Great pans, just make sure you follow instructions
Handle design is not good Would definitely not buy this one again. The handle is bolted to the pan versus being attached on the outside. This means the handle gets very hot easily. And it is harder to clean because there are bolts inside the pan. Higher end pans have the handle only attached on the outside without bolts coming through into the cook surface.
