Not worth the price
Excellent non-stick coating I would not recommend buying this product. I have the green version and I’m sure it is the same formula an just green and not black. It states there is a lifetime warranty, albeit limited, but what they don’t tell you is that doesn’t cover the coating(which is the whole pan basically and why you want to buy it even). This GreenPan is exactly what home cooks need to pull off dishes such as pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches or egg white omelets. Food literally glides in the pan with very little additional oil needed.The GreenPan heats up quickly and never really needs to more than medium-high heat to cook most foods.
