Nothing sticks Absolutely fantastic non-stick pans. I’ve always used cheap-o hand me down or ikea non-stick pans, and finally decided it was time to get something nice. The first night of getting these I made pancakes and didn’t need to use any oil or butter in the pan. I’ve cooked sticky teryaki noodles, starchy beans and different pastas and nothing hasn’t just wiped out with a paper towel.I can’t speak to the durability too much since I’ve been been babying them a bit.
