Has more nonstick than any other nonstick – FOR A SHORT TIME ONLY Update: 11/13/2018 – This 11-inch Greenpan was purchased on Sept 5, and 9 weeks later I’m finding that the slippery nonstick surface has degraded to a cooking surface more consistent with stick-resistant enameled cast iron. To clean last night’s salmon skin off the pan, I left the pan to soak all night, then heated the pan with dishwater on the stove.
