  1. High Performance! Well Worth the Money! No “Seasoning” Required! These are wonderful pans! My old ceramic pans were a lot thinner, so they became a little warped. They wouldn’t sit flat on my ceramic cooktop. Also, the inside cooking surface wasn’t as “slick” as these. The thick aluminum body on the GreenPans conduct the heat very evenly.
