  1. As Good As It Gets For Home Cooking As a former chef and restaurant owner, I am happy to endorse these pans with a strong recommendation. The current cook top I am using is electric, but I can say that the heat transfer seems consistent and fairly well responsive with each pan in the set.   2. Large Pans Warped We’ve had these a little over a year now. We’ve babied them in terms of use, cleaning and storage. All three cooking surfaces have discolored but that’s cosmetic. What’s worse is that the bottoms of both larger pans have warped and will no longer sit flat on the cooking surface of our stove. We’ve never used anything medium high heat and always let them cool down before washing. There should be no reason for the pans to have warped but they did within a month of each other and about 10 or 11…

  3. Non-toxic lining that is incredible slick when new! I’m really pleased with these pans. It was a great deal for a set of three, though I personally use the two larger ones significantly more than the smallest one. I’ve had them for about 2 months now, using them at least once a day. While with this heavy use they’re not quite as slick as they were originally, they are still as non-stick now as Teflon pans are when new.I washed, then heated these with just a tiny bit of oil in them before using them.
