This set includes milk pot, frying pans and stock pot with lids with different sizes to meet different needs. Used milk pot, frying pan omelette making, and stock pot for a dinner dish; for all the items the induction with medium flame is good enough to cook. I did make sure to use silicone or wooden spoons to stir. Earlier I normally use Steel or non stick things, but this cooper ceramic is little different and things are pretty fast, and did notice nothing is burnt. overall the food taste is…
