Quality control was an issue with the one I received. I am giving it two stars because the one I received had manufacturing defects and I am returning it. There were rough spots in the non-stick coating as if there were bits of debris on the pan when it was coated. This resulted in food and silicone utensils hanging at those spots. I also found the pan to quite thin and the bottom was warped. I prefer a heavier pan with a flat bottom, but others may prefer it as shipped. The handle is where all the weight is concentrated.
