The most beautiful and useful pan I’ve ever bought If you don’t use an induction cooktop, this pan may be satisfactory in regards to it’s non-stick claims. However, if you use an induction cooktop, don’t purchase this pan. The stainless plate in the bottom of the pan is entirely inadequate either due to size or thickness. It takes approximately 50% higher heat setting on the cooktop to get the pan hot compared to other quality induction rated pans.
