great product This is not my first Cerapan “Perfect Fit” skillet. My last one lasted 18 months before it lost its non-stick characteristics. I had purchased it at an HEB in San Antonio. I couldn’t find it at any other stores after I moved away.Now down to the review: the handle has a built-in heat sink. This ensures that I never burn my hand on a hot handle.
