  1. Ceramic coating is great I’ve used 4 Presto skillets for over 15 years and loved it. The skillets of old had a Teflon coating which lasted a considerable time, it was used 5+ times per week. But nothing lasts forever.That’s when I searched for another and saw the ceramic coated version.   3. Should have bough this one first time around. I had a low priced Presto electric fry pan, thinking it would be fine for my needs.. After using it a few times I learned that it was much nice making supper in this vs using my glass top stove.
