America’s Test Kitchen faves… I’ve had two of these pans, and they both lasted longer than more expensive non-stick skillets I’ve owned. I use my non-stick skillet at least once, sometimes 2-3 times a day, and eventually no matter how scrupulous you care for it, they just aren’t as slick anymore. Nice pans, but the measurement is definitely off. These pans seem nice, and I do like the “thermospot” concept (though I’m not sure how useful it will actually be). They seem decently made and all, but my biggest gripe is that I bought this set to replace an 8 and 10 inch pan.The 8 inch pan in this set is absolutely smaller than advertised. I wanted to replace an older 8 inch pan that is falling apart, but now I will have to keep it as the one in this package is definitely too small. The 10 inch pan is also a tad smaller…
