Light-weight and easy to use…but not perfect It’s light-weight and I use it every other day. I’ve cooked pasta, curries and sir-fry in it. It’s not perfect…..there seems to be hump in the middle so the oil gathers around the edges. And it’s a tad too big for my stovetop and I have to move it around to spread the heat. If I had something smaller, it’d be more convenient but then the quantity becomes too less for my family. I bought this pan for my cottage, replacing some old Teflon pans for health reasons. I wanted something that didn’t have a huge handle so that I could fit more big pans on the stove while cooking big breakfasts. I’m super happy with this pan. The ceramic coating is slippery so you don’t need to use a lot of oil. We made fried eggs and sausage for breakfast and even made a big pan of mushroom risotto … it was perfect. No sticking at all. Cleans up easily. All around recommendation for this…
