Versatile, well constructed, and reliable I admit, for a nonstick fry pan this one looks kind of odd to me, but my husband loves it! We’ve had this one for almost a week, and we’ve been using it daily. Our stove is a gas range. Using medium heat was just fine for all the things we did: fry eggs (used a little nonstick spray), fry bacon, make sloppy joe’s, fry sausage…you name it, it performed excellently!
