  1. Burned it Twice. I wanted to wait until I had this pan a while before I reviewed it. While I have had it only a couple of months, I should tell you that I have BURNED the hell out of this pan TWICE. It took me a half hour to clean it the last time. I have use metal utensils liberally and can see little nicks throughout the pan as a result. The coating on this thing is not bothered by my reluctance to take care of it.   2. Two years in and it’s still perfect I have had dozens of other brands of non-stick skillet and this Vollrath puts them all to shame. I made the mistake of buying it from LION XPRESS through Amazon ‘other seller’ option because they had the cheapest price – the pan that arrived was not the Z4012, so I had to return it and ended up finding it at the ‘best price’ at another web site (not Amazon), but I am sure the Amazon current seller will get you the real thing.
