Great nonstick skillet – but don’t use high heat, metal utensils or put in dishwasher I have had this skillet for about two weeks now, and so far I love it! It is a nice weight and food browns nicely using only Medium heat. Little to no oil can be used and foods brown nicely and slide out easily with no sticking. The company’s Customer Service is very friendly and helpful, and followed up with me to be sure I understood their recommendations on longest life of the product (never put it in the dishwasher, no metal utensils).
