AWESOME PRODUCT I have become a big fan of the copper stovetop cooking pans because of their versatility, excellent even heating and easy clean up. I needed a roasting pan so I went ahead and ordered this one. We love it! It is nice and solid but not too heavy, and you can easily cook a roast or a chicken in it but also we used it to make a shepherds pie and the pieces slid right out of the pan making serving a breeze and in between serving, the lid kept the dish warm.
